Shaena is the founder of Scopewell Solutions and serves as the company’s President & COO. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Shaena brings 17 years of expertise in IT project management and business process improvement. At Scopewell, she is dedicated to building high performing teams and a strong infrastructure to support the company’s growth. Shaena holds a BA from Howard University and an MA from University of the Arts London.

James is the CEO of Scopewell Solutions. With 17 years of experience in business development, James specializes in strategic value creation through customer engagement, market expansion, and strong partnerships. At Scopewell, he ensures clients receive the highest quality solutions and support while driving sustainable growth for the company. James holds a BS from Penn State University, an MBA from DePaul University, and is completing an MS at Brown University.
